Our vision is to provide shelter, food security, and quality education for underprivileged children and their families, starting from Ondo City. We believe every child deserves the essentials of a dignified life.

Today, we serve the most vulnerable children and families in Ondo City, with plans to grow across Nigeria. With the support of caring individuals and partners, our foundation has grown to provide food security, educational support, shelter, and love for underprivileged children.

Our Founder

Mrs. Praise Akinrinmade

An Early Years Practitioner and counsellor based in the UK, Praise founded God Made Mum Ondo after a life-changing experience. Over five years ago, during her mother-in-law's burial in Ondo State, she noticed a group of young children scavenging for food near a dumpsite. Heartbroken and moved with compassion, she immediately invited them for a clean, hot meal.

"I couldn't look away. Those children deserved more — they deserved what every child deserves: a full belly, a safe home, and the chance to dream."

That moment sparked a realisation of the deeper poverty affecting many children in the region. Further research revealed a heartbreaking truth: countless children in Ondo State live without access to nutritious meals, education, or safe shelter. Today, Praise leads a dedicated team of volunteers and supporters on both sides of the Atlantic, united by one shared belief: every child is made for more.
